What is FORMULA 1 HOUR?
FORMULA 1 HOUR is a people-led health movement where Indian families and NRIs commit one hour per family per day toward health, happiness, and togetherness. As India reached the milestone of becoming the 4th largest economy, citizens respond with a return gift of action — a collective journey toward building the Healthiest Nation on Earth.
Inspired by the national vision articulated by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, families pledge their responsibility to transform daily life through disciplined action and shared commitment.
FORMULA 1 HOUR is practiced as a Family Power Hour (FPH) — one family completing one collective hour of healthy activity each day, together.

- 1 Hour = 20 min Yoga by Daughter
- 10 min Walking by Father
- 15 min Cycling by Son
- 15 min Meditation by Mother
- When the total reaches 60 minutes, the Family Power Hour is complete
